Various pictures from our trip to the quinoa fields.  We’re now working with 2 groups, one with 80 farmers and the other with 200.  Both have 50% of their fields certified organic and the rest in transition.

Don Kuiken, an expert in wild rice processing, came to visit our processing plant and enjoyed a trip to the countryside.  We started out at the processing plant in La Paz and then visited our farmers fields at 13,000 feet of altitude.
